Doug is a life-long Washington resident. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. Upon choosing Real Estate Appraising as a career in 2000, he has tirelessly worked to improve his skills. Doug obtained his Washington State Appraisal Certification in the spring of 2004. He has over 19 years of certified residential appraisal experience and covers King, Snohomish, Pierce and Kittitas Counties. He has extensive experience appraising single family homes, 2-4 unit multi-family properties as well as complex properties throughout the area.

When not working, Doug is busy coaching youth sports and is enjoying his role as a dad to Caya Crooks and Clay Crooks. Doug lives with his family in Snoqualmie Ridge, Washington.
