John has been involved in the real estate and finance sector for the last 8 years. His background in mortgage, banking, and non-profit accounting has given him insight into the unique aspects and requirements of real estate appraising. John completes appraisals on single family homes, condominium unit, and 2-4 multi-family properties, specializing in large acreage / complex properties that are common throughout the Inland / Pacific Northwest markets. His primary counites of expertise are Kittitas, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Yakima, and King. John graduated from Central Washington University and has been calling Ellensburg home ever since. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, road/gravel biking and playing the next best boardgame with friends. At night, you can usually find him listening to Rick Rizzs and the Seattle Mariners while dreaming of a World Series run.
